TTM Apple Pressing Party!

Transition Town Manchester will be hosting an Apple Pressing Party! A high-volume apple press will be on-hand. At 11 a.m. on Sunday October 30th, folks will gather at Earth Sky Time Farm (located south of Manchester on 7A) and head out to glean apples from the community. We'll return to the farm at 2:30 for an apple pressing party, complete with local food, and lessons in making hard cider. Eating quality apples will be gathered to bring to Occupy Wall Street as a donation. Please bring containers for cider and containers for apples. Bring t-shirts and clothes needing environmental messages, as a local screen printing artist will be on hand to "press" t-shirts also.
